Worklist (Enhanced)

Use

As of SAP CRM 7.0, the worklist has been enhanced in the following way:

• You can now add notes as attachments to workflow tasks in the worklist.

You can access the new function in the Attachmentsassignment block of the workflow task details. The notes are stored as plain text files and not deleted during workflow processing.

• The business object inbox of the worklist has been renamed to business transaction inbox.
