Loyalty Management (New)

Use

As of SAP CRM 7.0, you can use the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application to support business processes in the area of loyalty management, from planning of loyalty programs, through processing and management of memberships, member activities, and loyalty points, through customer self-service in the CRM Web Channel.

You use these business processes to, for example, support customer retention, and encourage specific customer behaviors.

The software uses the marketing framework and the new rule builder functions.
