Use

As of SAP enhancement package 1 for CRM 7.0, business function Interaction Center and Communication-Enabled Business Processes, you can use instant messaging for internal communication with colleagues. This includes the use of a presence list for the start of the instant messaging and the maintenance of a list of personal contacts.
