CRM_SOA_1_DOCU: Organizational Management SOA Services

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 1 for CRM 7.0, the following new operations are available in the process component Organisational Management:

• Find Business Partner Basic Data By Responsibility and Business Partner Elements (ResponsibilityCRMBusinessPartnerBasicDataByElementsQueryResponse_In)

This synchronous operation allows you to find a channel partner having given responsibilities and other business partner properties.

• Find Responsibility By Responsible Agent (ResponsibilityCRMByResponsibleAgentQueryResponse_In)

This synchronous operation allows you to find the responsibilities of a given agent, type bussiness parter.

• Create Responsibility (ResponsibilityCRMCreateRequestConfirmation_In)

This synchronous operation allows you to creates a responsibility for a given agent, type bussiness parter.

• Change Responsibility (ResponsibilityCRMChangeRequestConfirmation_In)

This synchronous operation allows you to changes the responsibilities of a given agent, type business parter.
