CRM_MCF_R2: Map SAP CRM Campaign Statuses to SAP ERP Promotion Status (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP CRM 7.0 SP04, you can map SAP CRM campaign statuses to a BlockedSAP Retail (SAP ERP) promotion status.

Effects on Existing Data

The multichannel scenario campaign-specific attribute triggers the creation of a higher-level promotion in SAP Retail when a campaign is replicated. This enables SAP Retail promotions to be carried out as part of an SAP CRM campaign.

The higher-level promotion inherits the campaign information, including the potentially blocked status, from the replicated SAP CRM campaign. The SAP CRM campaign statuses that are mapped to the blocked SAP Retail promotion status will prevent any subsequent processing of the SAP Retail promotion.
