Agent Inbox (Enhanced for SP03)
Use
As of CRM 4.0 SP03, the following enhancements were made for Agent Inbox.
New methods of the CRM_IC_INBOX_BADI, which allows the customer to adjust the CRM standard to individual project needs, were added. Detailed documentation was also added.
New functionality is available:
- Display of related inbox items in the Agent Inbox hit list
- Ability to attach selected items to the current interaction in the Agent Inbox
Detailed documentation for workflow template WS14000164 was created.
New menu items were added under Interaction Center WebClient → Administration → Agent Inbox→

- ,,Maintain Rules for E-Mail
