Call List Management (Enhanced for SP03)

Use

As of CRM 4.0 SP03, in non-telephony environments, there is a new icon in the Interaction Center (IC) WinClient call list workspace that allows agents to display the business partner and contact person phone number(s). The phone number is displayed in a new dialog box. The icon can be used instead of navigating through the call hierarchy to find the phone number.
