New and Enhanced Functions of the Supplier Workplace

Use

For release DI 4.6C2, the functions of the Supplier Workplace have been enhanced significantly and extended with new functions so that the Internet applications now represent the complete delivery process, from the sending of scheduling agreement releases to the settlement of the deliveries.

The following enhancements and new functions are available in the Supplier Workplace:

• Delivery Due List Processing of inbound deliveries)

• Enhancements to the Display of Scheduling Agreement Releases

• Enhancements to the Display of Returnable Packaging Accounts

• Tracking of Shipments

• Consignment Processing

As of Release 4.6C2, the supplier can transfer data from a customer's system to the supplier's system over the Internet (Data Transfer Using "http Post") and print documents from the Supplier Workplace (Printing of Documents from the Supplier Workplace).

In functions such as the settlement status, the scheduling agreement releases, the JIT calls and the returnable packaging accounts, it is possible to download in XML format, that means, the supplier can access the data as an XML document and save it locally on a hard disk.
