Procurement of Services (enhanced)

Use

As of SAP Enterprise Buyer Release 4.0, the procurement process for services has been improved. In the navigation interface ' extended form' of the shopping cart, you now have a quick entry screen that makes ordering of services such as temporary labor flexible and convenient. You can create limit items for the planned services, for example, overtime hours or expenses.

When you order a service, you can specify a specific temporary worker or select a worker based on his or her qualifications.

Once the services have been performed, the times worked can either be confirmed centrally in SAP Enterprise Buyeror the temporary worker can confirm his or her times in SAP Supplier Self-Services(SUS) and then have the times transmitted to SAP Enterprise Buyer. The service provider can also create the invoice in SUS. The invoice is then forwarded to Enterprise Buyer and approved here by the requester of the service.
