Structure Changes in the IMG for Supplier Self-Services (SP02)
Use
From Supplier Self-Services (SUS) 3.0 SP02 the structure of the IMG has been updated. To transfer these changes to the project IMGs, you have to regenerate the project IMGs.
Newly added IMG activities
- Area Settings for the User Interface
- Define field types of table fields
- Define field control of tables
- Define actions
- Area Document Archiving
- Define residence times for documents
- Activate archive information structure
- Area Business Add-Ins for Supplier Self-Services (BAdIs) → SUS Documents
- Filter for scheduling agreement releases
Newly added IMG activities
The IMG activity Define RFC Destinations for Matching of User Data is now under Technical Settings. This activity used to be located under Cross-Application Basic Settings.
The IMG activity Make Settings for the Business Partners is now located under Master Data. This activity was previously located under Cross-Application Basic Settings.
The IMG activity Define Backend Systems is now located under Technical Settings. This activity was previously located under Cross-Application Basic Settings.
The IMG activity Customer-Specific Settings is now located under Settings for the User Interface. This activity was previously located under Cross-Application Basic Settings.
The IMG activities in the Define Number Ranges area are now located in the Settings for Documents area. These activities were previously located directly under the Cross-Application Basic Settings area.
The IMG activity Define Transaction Types is now located under Settings for Documents. This activity was prevously located directly under Cross-Application Basic Settings.
The IMG activity Define Roles is now located under Master Data. This activity is now located under Cross-Application Basic Settings.
The BAdIs Version Control, Change Purchasing Document Data , Check Purchasing Document, Download Documents, Further Authorization Check for SRM Documents, and Carry out Activity During Saving are now located Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) → Settings for Documents. These BAdIs were previously located directly under Business Add-Ins (BAdIs).
The BAdIs Extension for Duplication Check and Extension for Tax Number Mapping are now located under Business Add-Ins (BAdIs)→ Master Data. These BAdIs were previously located directly under Business Add-Ins (BAdIs).
The BAdIs Change SAP XML Inbound Mapping and Change SAP XML Outbound Mapping are now located under Business Add-Ins (BAdIs)→ SAP XML Interface. These BAdIs were previously located directly under Business Add-Ins (BAdIs).
