Usage of class and characteristic names as access keys

Description

As of Release 3.0F, the system uses the names of classes and characteristics defined in the respective Customizing tables to access classes and characteristics and no longer their keys.

The necessary data conversion is performed during the release upgrade by XPRA RC1XCNAM.
