FIN_LOC_CI_28: Government Forms (New)

Use

As of EAPPLGLO 607, business function FIf or Public Sector, Localization Topics for Saudi Arabia, you can create and print government forms that comply with the legal requirements of the Ministry of Finance (MOF) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The system enables you to create the following forms:

  • Account Balance - Form 8
    The new Account Balance - Form 8 (Saudi Arabia) report (RPFIKSA_ABRF8) is available, which allows you to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Adjusting Entries - Form 11
    You can use the generic correspondence functions to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Adjustment Report - Form 13
    The new Adjustment Report - Form 13 (Saudi Arabia) report (RPFISA_ADJRF13) is available, which allows you to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Cash Receipt and Receipt Voucher - Form 7
    You can use the generic correspondence functions to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Cash Safe Filling Request
    The new Cash Safe Filling Request (Saudi Arabia) report (RPFISA_CASHREQPDF) is available, which allows you to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Cash Safe Feeding Reimbursement
    The new Cash Safe Feeding Reimbursement (Saudi Arabia) report is available, which allows you to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Encashed and Uncashed Checks
    The new Encashed and Uncashed Checks (Saudi Arabia) report (RPFISA_CHECK_COLL_PRINT) is available, which allows you to print the list of encashed and uncashed checks in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Employee Consignment - Form 12
    The new Employee Consignment – Form 12 (Saudi Arabia) report (RPFISA_CONSIGNMENT) is available, which allows you to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Revenue Transfer to SAMA - Form 6
    You can use the generic correspondence functions to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Trial Balance - Form 12
    The new Trial Balance – Form 12 (Saudi Arabia) report (RPFISA_TBR12) is available, which allows you to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Petty Cash - Form 5
    The new Petty Cash - Form 5 (Saudi Arabia) report (RPFIAPSA_PETTY_CASH) is available, which allows you to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Advance Payment Settlement - Form 9
    The new Advance Payment Settlement - Create Form 9 (Saudi Arabia) transaction (FIAPSA_ADPSF) is available, which allows you to print the form in accordance with legal requirements. You can use Advance Payment Settlement - Display Form 9 (Saudi Arabia) transaction (FIAPSA_DISSF) to display an advance payment settlement form.
  • Financial Custody Balances - Form 4
    The new Financial Custody Balances - Form 4 (Saudi Arabia) report (RPFIAPSA_FCSTDBAL) is available, which allows you to print the form in accordance with legal requirements.

Effects on Existing Data

  • The standard correspondence functions have been enhanced to allow printing the following forms:
  • Adjusting Entries - Form 11

  • Cash Receipt and Receipt Voucher - Form 7

  • Revenue Transfer to SAMA - Form 6

  • The area menu has been enhanced by the following entries:
Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> Accounts Payable -> Reporting -> Saudi Arabia:
  • Account Balance - Form 8

  • Adjustment Report - Form 13

  • Cash Safe Filling Request

  • Cash Safe Feeding Reimbursement

  • Encashed and Uncashed Checks

  • Employee Consignment - Form 12

  • Trial Balance - Form 12

  • Petty Cash - Form 5

  • Advance Payment Settlement - Form 9

  • Financial Custody Balances - Form 4
