Maintenance of Item Long Texts for a Document
Scope of Functions
When you are entering documents, you can enter a long text for each item using Long text. Even in a document that has already been posted, you can enter item long texts, or change or display long texts that you have already created.
When you are posting with reference, the item long texts are copied if you have selected Copy texts.
The item long texts for recurring documents are also transferred to the documents generated if you have selected Copy texts in the recurring entry data.
Note
Maintenance of item long texts is not possible for document parking and automatically generated items.
SAP delivers the text identification Notice as a standard setting. You cannot create an additional text identification.
