FIN_LOC_CI_19: Accounting Statement (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0 (SAP_APPL 605), business function FI, LO, Localization Topics for Russia 3(FIN_LOC_CI_19), you can display or print accounting statements.

In Russian accounting law, such a document is required where no primary accounting document (such as an invoice, payment order, or goods receipt) exists to confirm the transaction. An accounting statement is typically required for reversals, accounting adjustments, period closing transactions, or depreciation.

You can print the accounting document in PDF format using the PDF-based form J_3RF_ACCOUNTING_STATEMENT. This printed form meets the legal and business requirements in Russia. (You can alternatively use a form of your own.)

Effects on Existing Data

The area menu has been enhanced by the following new entry: Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> General Ledger -> Periodic Processing -> Closing -> Document -> Balance Audit Trail -> All Accounts -> (Accounting Statement (Russia).

As standard, the accounting statement provides the data required by Russian law. If you want to include different data, you can enhance the report logic using enhancement spot J_3RF_ACCOUNTING_STATEMENT.
