FIN_LOC_EPIC_4_2: Payments in Electronic Payment Integration for China (Enh.)
Use
As of SAP enhancement package 6 SP06 for SAP ERP 6.0 (SAP_APPL 606), business function FI, Electronic Payment Integration for China 4_2(FIN_LOC_EPIC_4_2), you can enter the cash flow category when you make a payment from the Electronic Payment Integration (China)screen. The system then enters this cash flow category in the relevant field of the payment document subaccount item and transfers this value to the bank posting document during clearing. This ensures that for automatic payments, the cash flow category is displayed for each bank account line item in the cash flow statement.
Effects on Existing Data
The Electronic Payment Integration (China)screen has been enhanced by the new Cash Flow Category Selection dialog box, which is opened when you choose the Pay or Pay and Send to Bankpushbutton on the Process Items tab page.

You make the Customizing settings for this function in Customizing for Financial Accounting (New), under Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Business Transactions -> Country-Specific Settings -> China -> Electronic Payment Integration -> Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) -> BAdI: Cash Flow Category Control.
