Changes to Archiving in 3.0D

Description

Up until this point, plan line items in archiving were handled in the same way as summary records: It was only possible to archive plan line items and summary records simultaneously. Only actual line items were able to be archived separately by setting the 'Delete actual line items only'.

Beginning with 3.0D, you can separately archive the actual line items as well as the plan line items using the flag 'Delete line items only':

If this flag is set without specifying the period, the actual line items in the record type 0 and the plan line items in the record type 1 are archived.

If this flag is set with a specific period, exclusively the actual line items are handled as described above.

All of the cases mentioned can be applied to the reload program.
