Field RPMAX must be contained in Index 2 of the plan line item tables

as of Release 3.0

Description

For oject containing SL plan line item tables which were in installed in Release 2.2, a unique database index (index ID 2) must be created. As of Release 3.0, the field RPMAX must be included in this index. Otherwise, problems could occur when posting plan data from CO.
