Use

As of SAP ECC Industry Extension Insurance 6.0the following changed or new functionality is available in the integration of SAP Business Workflow with the Claims Management system:

• You can now view the work items for the tasks directly from the list of pending tasks.

• The work item overview that you can call by choosing Goto → Workflow contains tasks for which the current performer has change authorization. The authorization object of activity management is used for this. The work items for the claim, subclaim, and claim bundle are displayed in this overview in the same way as before.
