New Views for Settings in TICL085 (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 6 for SAP ERP 6.0, Industry Extension Insurance (INSURANCE 606), Business Function Insurance Claim Handling 4 (INS_FSCM_CI_4), Support Package 04, many settings in table TICL085 have been transferred to individual views and added to Customizing for Claims Management.

In detail, this involves the following new Customizing activities:

• Automatically Update Versions (under Claim → Product Configuration)

• Configure Other Settings for Claim Items (under Claim → Business Settings → Claim Item)

• Define Tolerance of Compensation Calculation with Rounding Errors (under Claim → Business Settings → Compensation Calculation)

• Control System Behavior with Payment Items and Duplicate Payments (under Claim → Business Settings → Payments/Subrogation/Recovery)

• Control Release of Goodwill Payments (under Claim → Business Settings → Payments/Subrogation/Recovery → Authorizations for Payments and Subrogation/Recovery)

• Control Payment Creation If All Authorizations Are Missing (under Claim → Business Settings → Payments/Subrogation/Recovery → Authorizations for Payments and Subrogation/Recovery)

• Configure Other Settings for Subrogation/Recovery (under Claim → Business Settings → Payments/Subrogation/Recovery → Special Settings for Subrogation/Recovery)

• Change Net Reserve with Reassignments (under Claim → Business Settings → Reserves → Reserving in Claim)

• Turn Off Claim Memo Pad (under Claim → Business Settings → Claim Memo Pad)

• Control Priorities for Tasks (under Claim → Structuring Business Processes → Activity Management)

• Control Display of Tasks/Log Entries (under Claim → Structuring Business Processes → Activity Management)

• Configure Settings for Task Text (under Claim → Structuring Business Processes → Activity Management)

• Control Saving of Tasks (under Claim → Structuring Business Processes → Activity Management)

• Define Conversion Exits for Conversion of Claim Number (under Claim → Technical Settings → Creation of Claims)

• Activate Claim Lock (under Claim → Technical Settings → Locking Claims)

• Define Conversion Exits for Conversion of Contract Numbers (under Claim → Technical Settings → Interface to Policy System)

• Turn Off Update Tracker (under Claim → Technical Settings → Update Tracker)

• Control Display of Incident Types (under Claim → Settings for 'Claim Without Product Customizing' Scenario)

• Display Error Message with Temporary Claim Number (under Claim → Settings for 'Claim Without Product Customizing' Scenario)
