Customs Communication Service: Customs Processing (New)

Use

As of Release 2.0 of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), you can manage written customs declarations and administration records using electronic messages in SAP GTS and the German Automated Tariff and Local Customs Processing System ATLAS. Automated clearance and monitoring of cross-border trade within the EU enables lawful customs processing and provides standardized communication with the customs authorities. This simplifies and speeds up customs clearance and administration.

You can use the following procedures:

  • ,,Transit area
  • ,,Transit: transfer/monitoring

  • ,,Transit: completion

  • ,,Presentation
  • ,,Summarized declaration after presentation (SumD (new))

  • ,,Early summarized declaration (SumD (new))

  • ,,Declaration for free movement of goods, standard/simplified procedure
  • Individual customs declaration

  • Simplified customs declaration/recordkeeping (vZA/AZ)

  • Early simplified customs declaration/recordkeeping (early vZA/AZ)

  • Supplementary customs declaration
