HCM Declustering Tools (New) China
Use
As of SAP_HR 6.04, the business function HCM Declustering Tools is available.
You can use this business function to store payroll results and other HCM specific data in transparent tables as well as the standard compressed cluster fields. In order to use HCM data stored in cluster database tables in HANA modeling, the clustered tables need to be declustered and saved in transparent tables. The HCM Declustering Tools use specified declustering logic according to cluster tables and IDs. This allows for customer-specific reporting on the results.
This business function currently provides the capability for declustering HCM data tables from the cluster table PCLx, such as International payroll result tables, China payroll result tables, and Time Evaluation results stored in cluster table PCL2 of RELID B2.
Effects on Existing Data
When you activate the business function and perform the activites under Customizing, the system creates and synchronously updates transparent DDIC tables with the existing data contained in specified HCM cluster result tables. If configured accordingly, the system will consistently update the corresponding transparent tables during the end-to-end payroll process.

You execute the initial load report (RPCDCT_INITIAL_LOAD) to fill in the new transparent DDIC tables with the existing payroll results
You control access to the new transparent tables (transaction SE16), using S_TABU_NAM. You can implement authorization checks at database level using suitable SQL privileges. In the report, you can check authorizations against the existing authorization objects for employee data, and against the cluster authorization object P_PCLX.
Effects on Customizing
You can switch on the declustering function and define the database connection per PCLx table and RELID, and you can configure which subset of the allowed cluster tables shall be declustered, using the following Customizing activities:
