HCM_LOC_CI_40: HCM HR Policy Management India (New)

Use

As of EA-HRCIN 607, the business function HCM HR Policy Management India(HCM_LOC_CI_40) is available.

This business function enables the creation, implementation, modification, activation and roll-out of policies and its related processes in the system.

To do this, the following objects have been created in the system:

• Function Module

• Get L1 Manager (HR_IN_PE_MGR) function module

• Get L2 Manager (HR_IN_PE_MGR_L2 ) function module

• Agent Determination For Team Groups (HR_IN_PE_TEAM ) function module

• Function module for triggering workflow (HR_IN_PE_TRIGGER_WFLOW)

• Check workflow instence for Resubmission/Deletion of request (HR_IN_PE_CHECK_WFLOW) function module

• Call Main Program from Workflow (HR_IN_PE_CALL_MAIN_PROG) functionmodule

• Report

• Closure Action Report (HINUPECA )

• Report for displaying Log of all requests created (HINUPERL) report

• Class

• Initiate API Class (CL_HR_IN_PE_INITIATE_API)

• Data Validation API (CL_HR_IN_PE_VALIDATION_API)

• Approval API Class (CL_HR_IN_PE_APPROVAL_API)

• Decision API Class (CL_HR_IN_PE_DECISION_API)

• Closure API Class (CL_HR_IN_PE_CLOSURE_API)

Effects on Existing Data

To use this function, you must activate the business function, HCM HR Policy Management India (HCM_LOC_CI_40).
