HCM_LOC_CI_41: Business Function HCM, YEA ESS Forms for South Korea (New)

Use

As of EA-HRCKR 607 SP03, the business function HCM, Localization of YEA Forms in ESS for South Korea is available. With this business function, employees can display and print the year-end adjustment (YEA) tax forms from Employee Self-Service (ESS). In addition, before the YEA payroll run, employees can check their YEA expenses and deduction information based on simulated YEA payroll results.

The YEA tax forms that employees can display and print in ESS are as follows:

  • Payment List of Withholding Income Tax
  • Receipt of Exempted and Deducted Income
  • Results Before YEA

  • Results After YEA

  • Medical Expense Receipt
  • Donation Expense Receipt
  • Results Before YEA

  • Results After YEA

  • Payment Receipt of Withholding Income Tax

In addition, you can add your own forms to the ESS scenario so that the employees can view and print them out.

To use this business function, you have to activate the Human Capital Management (EA-HR) Enterprise Extension.

To enable your employees to display and print the forms, perform the following activities:

  • The employee has an SAP user that is directly linked to his or her employee master data in the System user name (0001) subtype of the Communication (0105) infotype.
  • You have defined the settings for YEA forms in Customizing for Payroll: South Korea under Employee Self-Service -> Employee Self-Service for Year-End Adjustment Forms.
