HCM_LOC_CI_58: HCM Localization Topics for Kazakhstan

Use

As of SAP HR 6.0 Enhancement Package 4 (SAP_HR 604), the business function HCM Localization Topics for Kazakhstan is available.

With this business function, you can use the Kazakh country version of Payroll. This localization enables you to meet business and legal requirements in Kazakhstan.

Country-Specific Infotypes

  • Personal Data (Infotype 0002)
    Allows you to enter the Kazakhstan-specific individual ID number (IIN).
  • Documents and Certificates (Infotype 0290)
    Allows you to enter the ID card of citizen of Kazakhstan
  • Legal Properties (Infotype 1657)
    Allows you to enter organizational data that is specific to the legal entities of companies registered in Kazakhstan.
  • Infotypes 0016 and 0298
    Support special number generation.

Payroll

  • Basic payments
  • Tax and social insurance payments, including:
  • Individual income tax

  • Social tax

  • Obligatory pension fund contributions

  • Social insurance contributions

  • Averages calculation featuring:
  • Vacations deducted from the basic quota and additional (ecological) quotas

  • Sickness payments in line with monthly restrictions imposed by the Kazakh legislation

  • Compensation payment for unused vacation

  • Additional payment to average salary at transfer of employee to another job

Reports

Tax Report

  • Form 200 (HRPAYKZ_F200)
    You can run this report from the SAP Easy Access menu, as follows:

    Human Resources → Payroll → Europe → Kazakhstan → Information System → Reporting → Payroll → Tax Reports → Form 200

Payroll Report

  • Preliminary Program – Data Medium Exchange for Several Payment Runs.

Effects on Existing Data

The area menu has been enhanced with the following entry to access the new transactions for Payroll Kazakhstan:

Human Resources → Payroll → Europe → Kazakhstan

You make the Customizing settings for the functions of this business function as follows:

  • In Customizing for Payroll under Payroll: Kazakhstan.
  • In Customizing for Personnel Administration under Personal Data → Kazakhstan-Specific Settings
  • In Customizing for Personnel Administration under Personal Data → Residence Status → Residence Status (Kazakhstan)
