Short text
Changes in function ARADV
Use
Function ARADV (calculation of the deduction of advance payments) has been enhanced so as to offer the additional posibility to:
- deduct the pay at specific intervals, or
- deduct the pay in a normal payroll run in a subsequent payroll period.
In order to do this:
- two new off-cycle categories have been created: ADER for advance payments for which taxes have to be calculated, and ADES for advance payments for which no taxes have to be calculated.
- two new wage types have been created: MX22, to be used in infotype One-Time Payments Off-Cycle (0267), in combination with off-cycle category ADES, and MX23 to be used in infotype One-Time Payments Off-Cycle (0267), in combination with off-cycle category ADER.
