Part-time employees: MOPREs lowest limit for welfare fund

Use

If the employee has a part-time work contract and his remuneration is less than the lowest MOPRE limit for Social Insurance, he can choose to obtain or not the benefits of a welfare fund.

If he decides to obtain the benefits of a welfare fund, he has to pay the difference between the withholdings and contributions calculated on the base of his present remuneration and the withholdings and contributions he would pay if his remuneration would be equal the lowest MOPRE limit.

In order to identify which part-time employees have chosen to pay this difference, a new field in the infotype Social Insurance (0392) has been created.
