Redesing of Compensation Administration Initial Screen

Description

To address usability issues, the selection screen for compensation adjustments has been redesigned. The screen has been split into selection criteria for selecting the adjustments and the period and selection criteria for selecting the employees whose compensation you want to review and/or change.

Now you can decide whether you want to process all the adjustments assigned to the adjustment reason or just a specific adjustment.

The employee selection options have also been changed. You can now select the organizational units for which you are the compensation line manager, or you can choose to process alternative organizational units.

If you want to process a specific organizational unit or select employees using other criteria, you can use the ad hoc query functions.
