Short text
Compensation for Non-Productive Time and Continued Pay (France)
Description
As of Release 4.5A, several new functionalities have been added to French absence management.
Available as of now are:
- 5 Reports
RPLABSF0
RPLBIJF0
RPLASMF2
RPLASAF2
RPLDATF1
RPUGENF0
RPUGENF1
- 3 payroll functions
FNABS
FNABE
FIJSS
- 2 new infotypes
Infotype 0424 (Cease Work)
Infotype 0425 (IJSS Summary)
The additions enable you to do the following:
- Record the data on non-productive time
- Edit statutory forms. The system does this by reading the infotype data from the reports.
It is therefore now possible to:
- Create several absence quotas (sickness, industrial accidents, maternity protection), and assign them to different periods of compensation
- Evaluate the status of the absence quotas at a specific time (by using report RPLABSF0)
- Calculate the SI payments (IJJS) that the employee is entitled to in advance (by using infotype 0424 and payroll function FIJSS)
- Calculate the SI payments that are reimbursed by the health insurance fund (by using infotype 0425)
- Compare infotype 0424 and 0425 SI payments (by using report RPLBIJF0)
