Separate Statement Wage Types for Overtime Bonus

Use

Overtime bonuses generated as compensation for overtime are now issued as separate statement wage types.

Those affected are model wage types M301 - M304. The new statement wage types S541 - S544 (view V_512W_B) are now entered as derived wage types.

Until now all bonuses were grouped in wage type M305, so that for an employee with different overtime wage types it was not possible to follow the break-down of the total bonus amount.

Effects on Customizing

  1. Copy the new model wage types S541 - S544 into your customer name range in Payroll Accounting Switzerland under Basic Settings -> Environment for Wage Type Maintenance -> Create Wage Type Catalog.
  2. Store the new statement wage types together with the wage types for overtime compensation in the view V_512W_B.
