New technique for the IT views.

Description

The IT views for Belgium are now handled with the new technique which solves many of the previous problems like fast entry actions, batch input etc.

• Every new employee or applicant in the system will now automatically have an indicator in the control record (IT 0003 and IT 4004) that will link the infotypes to the correct views. This indicator can never be changed and is created during the hiring events. This indicator is provided by the feature IVWID where you can customise your own indicator if you don't want to follow the standard (standard indicator for belgium is 12).

• For the employees who already existed in your system before the upgrade, you will have to run the conversion program RPUVIEKNBE. This will create definitively an entry -in the control record IT 0003 for master data and IT4004 for applicants- in the field viekn for all selected employees.
  There is a test button in the selection screen of the report. Please try it first and pay attention to the messages.
  When you want to do the definitive run, choose the 'update' button .

• The concerned views are all Belgian specific infotypes with views (0002/0108 - 0007/0107 - 0016/01090 - 021/0138).
