Creating a payroll journal for a specific period

Description

Until now, you could only view payroll results in the payroll journal for one payroll period or a special payroll run accounting. Now, in addition, you can view in list form in the new version of the payroll journal all payroll results for a specific period. In this case, the results are listed consecutively according to the in-period view for each employee. There are consequently the following new functions:

• Payroll results for several payroll periods may be listed and calculated.

• Payroll areas with differing periodic parameters may be displayed in a list, that is, the payroll areas for the evaluation period may be assigned to varying time intervals (for example, monthly, weekly)

• Normal, period-related payroll results and off-cycle payroll may be displayed and calculated in a list.

• Payroll results can be chosen according to pay-date, period-end date or the date of the payroll run.

• The possibility of creating the payroll journal for a single payroll result remains.

You can use forms, that are set up for the new version of the payroll journal, if the program for the payroll journal is started for a specific period instead of for individual payroll periods. Note that the calculation of cumulated tables (for example, CRT) is in this case pointless. You can check your old forms using the "HR form editor".
