Wage Statement for Workers' Compensation Association

Use

New report RPLBGND0 (Wage Statement for Workers' Compensation Association) creates the annual wage statement for workers' compensation associations. It uses the Personnel Area Reporting function (which is also new) to determine the sending personnel area or subarea.

In releases higher than 4.6C, this report replaces two reports: RPLSVDD0 (Workers' Comp. Association List) und RPLBLBD0 (Wage Statements and Monthly Reserve). In releases up to 4.6C, these two reports are still available but are no longer maintained by SAP.

Effects on Existing Data

The existing dataset is affected only if distribution by percentage is set up for hazard pay scales for the (old) wage statement.

In such cases, the time constraint for the Workers' Compensation (0029) infotype has been modified so that multiple records can exist for the infotype simultaneously. However, new report RPLBGND0 can only be evaluated correctly if infotype 0029 has time constraint '2'.

Report RPLBGND0 also supports distribution by percentage for hazard pay scales. This procedure is described in the next section.

Effects on Customizing

You configure Customizing for the new report in the Implementation Guide under Workers' Compensation Association. When doing so, set the text display to SAPscript.

Delta Customizing is required only if you use the DBGAK feature to distribute hazard pay scales:

  1. Create a list of the distributed hazard pay scales that you use (these are the hazard pay scales to which you assign percentage portions of actual hazard pay scales by means of feature DBGAK).
  2. Specify the desired distribution by percentage for these hazard pay scales directly (under Set Up Workers' Compensation Associations' in the Implementation Guide or in view V_T5D3B directly). These hazard pay scales are pseudo hazard pay scales.
  3. To ensure that report RPLBGND0 is evaluated correctly, replace the duplicated master data records for infotype 0029 with a single record. This record now contains a pseudo hazard pay scale.

Note: In this case, you only require one of the two hazard pay scales. If, however, you continue to use both hazard pay scales, you can choose which infotype record you want to continue using when you change the time constraint for infotype 0029 since both infotype records then contain a correct pseudo hazard pay scale.

If problems occur multiple times in your system, contact SAP.
