Monthly basis for day employees

Description

In the release 4.0A you can round the day employees Social Insurance contribution basis (contribution group 8 to 11) as if they were month employees. The Social Insurance regards this calculation method as an exceptional procedure and it is contained in the 1.27.1997 Ministerial Order.
