New Seniority Functionality for Spain

Description

As of Release 4.5A the Spanish HR module includes a new, redesigned Seniority Management functionality. This provides all the functions and calculation methods required for an easy and flexible computing of the employees service years and subsequent calculation of the corresponding payments, in accordance with the requirements of Spanish Law. Infotype I0092 'Seniority' has been modified to suit the new functionality.

Should you not wish to use the new functionality we recommend that you maintain table T588M and change the alternative dynpro for module pool MP009200 from 2001 and 3001 to 2000 and 3000.
