Gross up

Description

Some industries in Mexico calculate the gross salary based upon the net salary. That is, if it is know how much the employee should be paid after legal deductions, then a calculation should be performed backwards in order to obtain the gross salary.

The HRMS country version for Mexico has been extended with a new function that facilitates the gross up calculation.
