Severances Processing.

Description

This function allows you to calculate amounts of money that the worker is entitled to receive for:

Seniority.

Severances interests.

Required master data is:

o Information stored for Severances (Infotype 0401).

o Interest rates stored in a table (T7VEIN), which is composed of:

Monthly average of active and pasive interest rates.

Monthly average of active interest rates.

The severances are processed periodically and paid with termination of the working relationship, depending on the legal statements related to the different termination reasons.

On every payroll period, seniority balance is calculated in order to determine if advance payments can be made or if loans can be given.
