Change on functionality for advance payment of profit sharing

Use

The functions VEPS0 and VEPS2 have been regrouped in function VEPS2. The profit sharing advances by infotype 0267 and 0015 are not paid anymore in function VEPS0 but also in function VEPS2.

The function VEPS0 does not exist anymore and must be therefore deleted from the schema VEPS.

The method to calculate the maximum available amount for the advance payment by infotype 0267 and 0015 is now also defined in the parameter (PAID or ESTM).
