EA_ICM_ICM_CORE_04_02: Sample Implementations for Archiving (New)

Use

The business function ICM, ELT and Sample Implementations for Archiving (EA_ICM_ICM_CORE_04_02) is available as of:

  • SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0 SP06
  • SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0 SP10
  • SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0 SP10

You can use this business function to activate sample implementations for data archiving. You can use these sample implementations as templates to suit your business requirements. With this business function, sample implementations are available for the following business transaction events (BTEs):

  • BTE 1900
If you activate the sample implementation for BTE 1900, the system only archives the inactive commission case versions.
  • BTE 1901
You can use BTE 1901 to exclude commission case versions from being archived based on the values they hold for certain attributes. If you activate the sample implementation for BTE 1901, the system excludes all commission case versions from being archived that have the following values for attributes TTARIF and SSPARTE:
  • TTARIF= L2

  • SSPARTE= LV

  • BTE 2900
If you activate the sample implementation for BTE 2900, the system only archives the commission documents for which the determined remuneration is disbursed.
  • BTE 2901
You can use BTE 2901 to exclude commission documents from being archived based on the values they hold for certain attributes. If you activate the sample implementation for BTE 2901, the system excludes all commission documents from being archived that have the following values for attributes TTARIF and SSPARTE:
  • TTARIF= L2

  • SSPARTE= LV

Note

  • The attributes TTARIF and SSPARTE are a part of the business content package FSCS01 that is provided by Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) to its insurance customers.
  • If you activate these sample implementations, you can view a list of all commission case versions and commission documents that are not archived, in the spool.
