IMG Notes and Notes Editor

Description

1. In Rel 4.5A you can create notes in the IMG in clients that are locked for Repository changes.
2. There has been a change to the way MS Word 97 is used for working on notes. Word now runs in the SAGgui window and you use both the SAPgui SAP menus and the Word 97 menus. This has the advantage that you can now use all the other word processing options that support a given OLE command list without software changes.
