Different Frequencies in the Periodic Billing Plan

Use

The SAP CRM 4.0 Add-On for Service Industries gives you the option of using several frequencies in the periodic billing plan. You could only previously define one frequency in the periodic billing plan.

If you are using several frequencies, you must make entries in the Duration and Duration Unit fields for each frequency. These fields define the period for which a frequency is used. You should not make any entry in these fields if you only define one frequency. If you are using several frequencies, you should not make an entry in these fields during the preceding frequency. The preceding frequency is always used until the end of the billing plan.
