AUTO_CI_1: Implementation of the Alert Framework in JIT-Outbound (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Industry Extension Discrete Industries & Mill Products (ECC-DIMP 602), Enhancement Package 2, Business Function Automotive Innovations (AUTO_CI_1) , JIT Outbound is connected to the Alert Framework.

The system generates alerts to inform you about errors that occur during activity processing for summarized JIT calls. You can create certain kinds of these alerts in Alerting JIT Outbound (JITOAL).

Note
The Alert Framework takes your customer-specific functions, actions, and status into account.
You can use the BAdI BADI_JITO_ALERT to adapt the alerts defined by SAP to your requirements.

To be able to use this function, you must activate the business function Discrete Indus.- Mill Products (DIMP_SDUD) and Automotive Innovations (AUTO_CI_1).

To activate the Alert Framework for JIT Outbound, select the Alerts on indicator in the IMG activity Define Call Control.
