Change in position maintenance / EDT for positions

Description

Until 3.0Dx the control for the determination of a securities or forex position was steered via the costing rule (field SGLDKR). As from 3.0F1, this control is steered from the position itself.

For all those positions which can be assigned a costing rule, the XPRA 'RJBDXP10' copies the control indicator from the costing rule to the position. The XPRA is executed when version 3.0F1 is imported which means that already created positions retain a consistent condition and can continue to be calculated.

In the case of newly created positions, you now enter the control indicator directly in the position (field SGLDKR). If you want to change the control for a position, you also do this in the position itself. Note that only those positions which have the identical position determination control in the position and in the costing rule can be calculated.

Similarly, as from 3.0F1, the bank product and the characteristics for the profitability segment are no longer maintained directly in the position. The bank product and characteristics are now transferred to the position separately via the finance object.

The entire interface for forex positions now looks like this:

You only have to transfer the stock exchange if the company code position is not maintained for the current ID number within Treasury.

In addition to the actual position, you must create or transfer a finance object with an STC part if you want the position to be calculated within single transaction costing.
