ISHERCM_EXT_IAP_2: Reuse of Assessment Processes for Graduation (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0, Industry Extension Public Services (IS-PS-CA 605), business function SAP Student Lifecycle Management: Implementation Accelerator (ISHERCM_EXT_IAP_2), you can choose if a new assessment process is opened when a student registers for graduation, or if the system should reuse an open assessment process.

A new business add-in (BAdI) HRPIQ00AUDIT_ASSESSMENT_SELECT has been created which you can use to filter assessment processes and assessment objects.

Effects on System Administration

To filter multiple assessment objects and multiple assessment processes, you must implement the following BAdI: BAdI: Assessment Object and Assessment Process Selection.

The following BAdI methods can be implemented:

• FILTER_ASSESSMENT_OBJECT: Filter assessment objects and return any assessment objects that need to be considered at time of graduation.

• FILTER_ASSESSMENT_PROCESS: Filter assessment processes and return any assessment processes that need to be considered at time of graduation.

Effects on Customizing

To reuse assessment processes when creating graduation records, you must make the following settings in Customizing for Student Lifecycle Management: Reuse Assessment Process for Graduation.
