ISHERCM_EXT_IAP_3: Manual Progression and Date Check (New)

Use

The business function SAP Student Lifecycle Management: Implementation Accelerator (ISHERCM_EXT_IAP_3) is available as of:

• SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0 SP10, Industry Extension Public Services (IS-PS-CA 605)

• SAP enhancement package 6 for SAP ERP 6.0 SP07, Industry Extension Public Services (IS-PS-CA 606)

You can execute manual progression using transaction PIQST00 with Check-To Date and the Valid From based on the start date of the year and the session.

Effects on Existing Data

A checkbox is available on the screen that allows you to create the progression considering the start date of the year and session.

After you create the progression, the progression history screen displays the progression entry with the check-to date as the start date of the year and session and valid-from date as the second date of the year and session.
