Notification of Incomplete Grades (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0, Business Function SLCM, Implementation Accelerator Package (IAP) (ISHERCM_MAIN_IAP), a new Adobe PDF-based student correspondence form is provided to notify students that they have an Incomplete grade recorded for one or more courses. They will also be notified about the deadline for turning in their work, before the grade is converted to a Fail.

As of this release, a new application form ISHERCMGRADE_INCOMPLETE is provided.

Effects on Customizing

You make the settings for this function in Customizing for Student Lifecycle Management, under Student Lifecycle Management -> Student Lifecycle Management Processes -> Appraisal -> Missing Grades

Student Lifecycle Management -> Student Lifecycle Management Processes -> Appraisal -> Incomplete Grades -> Define Deadline for Completion of Work
