Automatic Notifications of Missing Grades (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0, Business Function SLCM, Implementation Accelerator Package (IAP) (ISHERCM_MAIN_IAP), reports and alerts are available for notifying instructors, department heads, and registrars that grades have not been entered for students.

New customizing settings are available for determining the appropriate grading deadline.

This release contains a new transaction PIQAGR_SENDALRT and a new program RHIQAGR_SENDALERT.

You make the settings for this function in Customizing for Student Lifecycle Management, under the chapter Student Lifecycle Management -> Student Lifecycle Management Processes -> Missing Grades
