Self-Service Appl. for Grade Change Requests (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0, Business Function SLCM, Implementation Accelerator Package (IAP) (ISHERCM_MAIN_IAP), a web-based student self-service application is available, allowing students to request a change to the recorded grade for a course. The system contains a workflow template that handles the routing of the request to the responsible instructor, department head, and registrar.

This release contains, a new Web Dynpro component PIQ_MBAPPROVAL and a new workflow template PIQ_SCA (29800013).

Effects on Customizing

You make the settings for this function in Customizing for Student Lifecycle Management, by choosing Student Lifecycle Management -> Student Lifecycle Management Processes -> Appraisals -> Missing Grades -> Define Positions of Registrar
