Self Service Application for Graduation Process (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0, Business Function SLCM, Implementation Accelerator Package (IAP) (ISHERCM_MAIN_IAP), a web-based student self-service application is provided which allows a student to view their graduation readiness and apply for graduation.

New customizing entries are provided for configuring a flat graduation fee.

As of this release, a new Web Dynpro Component PIQ_GRADUATION _REQUEST and a new BC set ISHERCM_IAP_GRADUATION_REQUEST are provided.

Effects on Customizing

You make the settings for this function in Customizing for Student Lifecycle Management, by choosing the following chapter and activity:

Student Lifecycle Management -> Student Lifecycle Management Processes -> Academic Records -> Graduation -> Graduation Request

Student Lifecycle Management -> Student Accounting -> Define Attributes for Individual Fees
