XML Extract for NCAA Compliance Assistant Internet (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0, Business Function SLCM, Implementation Accelerator Package (IAP) (ISHERCM_MAIN_IAP), you can upload student data to the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) website as an XML file. The XML file complies with the NCAA file format specifications.

A new program, NCAA reporting (RHIQ_US_NCAA_INTERFACE) extracts student master data and converts it to its equivalent NCAA XML data format. The program then generates the XML file as per NCAA specifications.

The Athletic Data tab page of the Student Master Data has been enhanced to provide additional fields needed for NCAA compliance reporting.

You make the settings for this function in Customizing for Student Lifecycle Management, under the chapter Student Lifecycle Management -> Student Lifecycle Management : United States -> NCAA Reporting
