Web-Based Application for New Course Requests (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0, Business Function SLCM, Implementation Accelerator Package (IAP) (ISHERCM_MAIN_IAP), a web-based faculty self-service application is available, allowing faculty members to request that a new course be added to the course catalog. The system contains a workflow template that handles the routing of the request to the department head and to the registrar's office for approval.

As of this release, the system contains a new Web Dynpro Component PIQ_COURSEREQUEST and a new workflow template CRG_Approval (29800012)

Effects on Customizing

You make the settings for this function in Customizing for Student Lifecycle Management, by choosing Student Lifecycle Management -> Student Lifecycle Management Processes -> Appraisal -> Missing Grades -> Define Positions of Registrar
